At Blue Footprint Language School, we believe clarity is the foundation of effective learning. These terms define our commitment to your progress and your responsibilities as a member of our global community in Istanbul.
Custodians of Educational Content
All proprietary curricula, digital downloads, classroom materials, and visual identities found on bluefootprint.space are the exclusive property of Blue Footprint Language School. We invest deeply in our methodology to ensure your learning experience is unique.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or "scraping" of our content for external use is strictly prohibited and protected under Turkish and International Copyright law.

Guidelines for a Shared Campus
Joining our school means entering a mutual agreement of respect, punctuality, and serious academic intent.
Eligibility
Students must be at least 16 years of age or have written parental consent. Enrollment is finalized only upon receipt of the registration fee and verification of the student's identity.
Professional Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to expel students who compromise the learning environment without a refund.
Attendance
Consistent participation is key to success. Failure to attend 25% of scheduled classes may result in the forfeiture of the course certificate and potential removal from the program.
A Culture of Academic Honesty
The use of generative AI or external translation tools during examinations or major assessments is strictly prohibited unless specifically outlined in the course syllabus. We foster genuine fluency that exists beyond the screen.
Financial Framework
Clear Commitments, No Surprises.
Tuition & Payments
Full payment or an approved installment plan must be authorized 7 days prior to course commencement. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and local payment methods in TRY and USD.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made 14 days before start date receive a 90% refund. Within 7 days, 50% is refundable. Once a course has begun, no refunds are issued, though credit may be transferred to future semesters in exceptional cases.
Materials & Tech Fees
A one-time registration fee covers administrative setup and basic digital platform access. Specialized physical textbooks are sold separately and are non-refundable once the packaging is opened.
The Legal Fine Print
Blue Footprint Language School provides its website and services on an "as-available" basis. While we strive for perfection, we do not warrant that our digital platforms will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Turkey, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our educational products.
Any disputes arising under these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, with the courts of Istanbul holding exclusive jurisdiction.
